The Natural Park of Sant LLorenç del Munt i de l’Obac Vista de Montserrat The Valls del Montcau are in the middle of the The Natural Park of Sant LLorenç del Munt i de l’Obac, a natural reserve that encompasses this singular place. Formed by a spectacular, compound landscape of girths and monoliths of reddish conglomerate that contrast with the green of the pinewoods and the oak wood, Sant Llorenç del Munt I de l’Obac is part of the Serralada Prelitoral of Catalunya. The Natural Park has an extension of fourteen thousand hectares and it is located between Vallès Occidental and Bages.

El Montcau The Natural Park is configured by two ridges that join transversally at Coll of Estenalles. Both ridges lengthen from north to south and melt on both sides in deep hollows. The area is very green and its fauna is interesting for its diversity. In this natural beauty we can discover rocky hills, caves, abysses, needles and many other natural forms. The highest peaks of the Park are: La Mola (1.104 m) and El Montcau (1.056 m).

La Castellassa de Can Torres We can find many books about walks and routes through the Park. Also, there are three Information Centres of the Park (Coll d'Estanalles, Mura and Talamanca) where it is possible to find all sort of information the explanatory about the different walks and itineraries.
